So unfortunately, cycle #1 for OH and I was not a success, but we are excited to take what we've learned and try again for cycle #2. This time I will be temping, using OPK's, and softcups. Anyone that wants to join in is more than welcome!

Hi HoldingFaith. I'm CD1 today but on to the next month. Our start date was supposed to be Feb. 1, 2015 but we got a head start in the middle of January so this will be technically my 3rd cycle trying and the cycle before that we NTNP.

For charting have you considered fertility friend (FF). Super easy website/app you can track on. You can even put links to your charts in your signature so others can help you out.

Hey kksquared! I'm sorry to here the witch got you this month! I'm currently waiting for her to show her ugly face! All my preg tests have come back negative, and its not unusual for af to arrive a few days late, (was supposed to me the 11th) so I'm sure she's on her way very soon.

I have been off bcp since July 2014 and we have been ntnp as well. I'm kind of nervous about fertility issues because I have yet to fall preggo. Fingers crossed that's not the problem! I'm pretty sure I've been ovulating later than I thought which could def be the reason.

I currently have the FF app on my phone and LOVE it! As soon as I found out you can do charting and stuff on there I was so excited and went out and bought a bbt thermometer. I've heard bbt charting can get kind of confusing so I'm glad the app does the dirty work for you! I'm also going to be using opk tests. Last month I only used them once per day, and some days I forgot to test! So this cycle I'm going to be testing twice per day so I don't miss my LH surge!

I was really disappointed this cycle as we timed BD perfectly (as perfectly as you can without OPK) and AF was 1 day late and I have been exactly 29 days the last few cycles. Oh well I bought the clearblue OPKs yesterday so that I can have them for when I need them (tried internet cheapies and they were confusing). We are going to try the SMEP method as well.

Have you told anyone about TTC? I told my best friend but no one else. My mom asked me the other day when were going to start trying and I told her not for a while haha. I don't want her knowing all that lol.

We were disappointed as well! We never found out the exact date I did ovulate, but we still dtd a ton to cover each day I could have ovulated. That's why I'm pretty sure I ovulate way later than I think. I have pretty long cycles 35-38 days which is super annoying. So this month I will def take the extra precaution and continue to use opk's and bd late in my cycle.

I haven't told a ton of people we are trying, just a few of my really close friends. I too find it awkward to talk about the whole TTC process with my family! I figure when it happens we just tell them, we don't need to give them a visual of us "trying." Lol

Did FF give you solid or dashed lines to indicate ovulation? Solid lines means it's pretty sure but dashed lines means there's some conflict on your fertility signs. Last cycle FF changed my O dat 3x and settled on CD15 and this cycle I got solid lines for an O date of CD15 again.

Wouldn't it be so exciting to have Christmas ! I love Christmas and it would be the best present ever!

Cycle #6 for me.
Had a very disappointing anovulatory cycle last month. Hoping for better luck this time around.

Currently on CD 7 (AF should be leaving any time now).

Started temping this month. ATM, temps are SUPER low.

Next AF is due April 10. Hopefully will test then if she doesn't show!

AF is now 7 days late!!! I took a test today and it was still negative! The only other time I've missed a period is when I went off bcp in July! I'm so confused and annoyed!! I think If AF doesn't show her ugly face within a week I'm going to go to the docs and get a blood test. I just either want the preg test to show positive, or AF to show up at this point so I can begin with a new cycle!!!

That's so frustrating! My AF last cycle was only 1 day late and I was frustrated. What kind of tests are you using?
