Aptamil comfort and runny smelly poos

Ok I've struggled so bad with ds milk and colic problems but the only milk that's seems to of calmed him down is aptamil comfort, but the only problem I'm having is he passes really smelly farts and smelly runny poo is this normal?

Completely normal for comfort milk. It helps constipation as well as colic so poos will be runnier and due to the reduced lactose they smell foul

I'll be honest I've never smelt anything like it his farts are off the scale as my nephew would say lol
