Aptamil making baby sick?

I am starting to combi feed this week. LO has breast milk in a bottle atm and i tried a 10ml top up of an aptamil first carton threr times between yday and this morn. She has thrown up everytime. Should I try another brand? My DS was fine on Aptamil

It could just be that she needs time to adjust to get used to having formula. Before switching brands I would probably try giving her a mix of formula and breast milk in a bottle. Start off with a mix of 75% breastmilk and 25% formula. If she takes this fine then after a couple of days make the mix 50/50 then 25/75, then finally 100% formula in the bottle. Hopefully this will help her get used to having formula. xx
