Aptamil Pepti and constipation

Anyone else's LO on this and find them constipated
LO went onto Pepti 2 about 3 weeks ago ever since his been constipated i tried give him extra fluids took him doctors they prescribed lactulose but I'm thinking maybe I should talk to the dietician?
He was fine on Pepti 1 and his diet hasn't changed so I'm sure it's caused by the Pepti 2

Did anyone else's LO with cmpa find their special milk makes them constipated?

My little munchkin is on nutramigen prescribed by her doctor for a dairy allergy, she was ok on it to start with but does get constipated from time to time, I was advised to give her a bottle with a tsp of fresh orange juice and 4oz of cooled boiled water to loosen her up and it works. Maybe if it happening too regular you could speak to s doctor they could change little ones milk?

He was always constipated but got more so when he moved onto pepti 1, didn't notice a difference moving onto 2 though. He still has lactulose but I give him lots of fruits too.

Thanks guys, I'm just going to continue with the lactulose and give him more fruits and vegs that should help if it doesnt get any better we will go back to the doctors x
