arcuate uterus. anyone else?

Just have seen gp and U/S came back with arcuate uterus (which would have been like that since birth and shouldn't be causing issues at all. Ovaries 5cc and 6cc.
Bloods diagnosing anemia with iron level 7! So straight onto the heavy iron and vit c tablets.

We have been ttc #2 for over a year with 15-16 cycles and absolutely no luck

I don't have an arcuate, but I did have a septum. I just recently had it removed. I've had two miscarriages and they believe that both miscarriages were caused by the septum. I do know that arcuate isn't supposed to affect anything since it still has blood flow (unlike a septum), so you should be fine.
