OK, in theory we're NTNP, but you know what it's like ... despite the best will in the world, you start measuring your cycle, timing BD and spotting pregnancy "signs" (which of course almost always turn out to be imaginary).
So ... a Q ... do little AF twinges in the days running up to the start of AF always mean AF will arrive, or sometimes can the things that feel like mild premenstrual twinges/aches/pains turn out to be signs of pg?
Sorry if this is a silly Q. It just feels such a long time ago that I was last in this situation, even though actually our son is only 20 months old. But basically I've forgotten everything I ever knew about TTC/NTNP
