are beta hcg blood tests always accurate?

my last period was from march 13th to march 19th.. i had a beta hcg blood test done yesterday that came back as negative and less than 1 & 3 faint bfp's on frer days before the hcg blood test.

Are hcg blood tests always accurate in early pregnancy? all help will be great! xoxo

The blood test is accurate, more so than hpts sorry.
