As part of my 'get ready for baby' health plan, I have started going to the gym.
Protein is good after a workout, so the last two workouts I had a soy protein shake after.
Now I'm not sure if this is ok to drink while TCC? I found out that it lowers sperm count in males, so my OH is strictly forbidden! But what about me?
I know some girls talk about taking soy isoflavones to aid fertility. I'm not sure if there is a difference in these and soy products in general? I also read that it can increase the follicular stage of a cycle, therefore making cycles longer?? To be honest, there is so much conflicting info on Google, I don't really know what to think!
I'm not looking to aid fertility as it's only our second cycle TCC, (of course, if it speeds things up, I won't complain )
