Are these names too similar for siblings?

Eva and River (boy) or do they suit each other, I'd kind of like them to go.

We've always loved the name River but discounted it because we thought along with our surname Gladstone it sounded too much like an actual river, The River Gladstone, thoughts? We discussed it again and thought maybe its okay afterall, middle name would be Stephen. It's literally the only boys name we both love and are not compromising on.

A little nervous about using river as its unusual so just want to make sure everything flows, excuse the pun! Any thoughts and opinions welcome and appreciated as honest as you like! X

I think the names Eva and River go fine together and with your surname. River is not such an 'out there' name these days, its popularity is growing. If its a name you really love and both agree on then go for it

I think they sound fine together! If your last name was just Stone, I'd hesitate, but the Glad really separates the elements.

I know several River's so I vote you go for it - it's a great name!
