i feel like a zombie these days. and everyone's now started with the "wow you look exhausted" comment. i know im having issues with my iron/ferritin levels so think that's playing a part. anybody else looking in the mirror and see a daily tired reflection looking back now or think your facial features have changed over the pregnancy ? xx

Yes, I think it's cause we already have little ones, in addition to pregnancy. I feel literally drained. Hope I can dig deep to find some energy to get through labor, I'm exhausted!

I have been really tired lately! Sometimes napping in the afternoon then going to bed fairly early..if I had a had a sleep in the day pre pregnancy there would be no hope of me getting to sleep until the early hours of the morning!! x

Yes!! It doesnt help that I dont have the energy to do my make up ect so look ten times worse than I normally do x

yes i look like a zombie lol. having a 18month old and being heavily pregnant isnt fun

I look horrible and am getting uncomfortable so I have less desire to try and look decent at work. Doesn't help that I got a nasty cold sore last week that won't get off my face and that the weather in Toronto can't make up it's mind and my already challenged wardrobe is getting more difficult to piece together to make myself look presentable.

My busy 18 month old doesn't let me rest either in the evenings, but thank GOD he is sleeping through the night, and when he doesn't DH has been sleeping in our spare room with the monitor so that I can try and get whatever sleep my pregnancy lets me. Bless him.

Now you see I think I look good at the moment. Yes I'm tired but that's to be expected with my day to day routine (up about 5.30 most mornings to see hubby off to work, up all day with 2 small children and their routine, bedtime and dinner on my own most nights, then see hubby in early evening, cook our dinner and then bed about 9.30 most nights).

However, while most people say 'you're looking well' to me including the medical professionals, my own mother said 'You look exhausted Aimes, have you checked your iron?!'...... love you too Mum :haha:

Funny that I posted on this earlier.. Saw midwife today and she commented on how tired I looked and make sure I go get my blood checked!!

I'm shattered and am starting to look it. Especially on days where I don't get around to my make up!

My iron is really low though so it's expected. I looked even worse in my last pregnancy and worse than that afterwards!

I've had exactly the same problem. My iron levels are low and even though I am taking iron tablets, I don't feel any better. It makes it worse looking after a 2 year old as it's virtually impossible to go lie down or have a break. So many people have commented on how tired I am looking.

I was pleased yesterday that 2 people commented and said i looked well! It was the only day in the last 6 weeks that i bothered to straighten my hair and put on some make up! If they seen me today, messy hair, no make up, wearing my over stretched clothes they might think otherwise!!

I don't know if I look, but I definitely feel tired all the time..
