I had my mirena removed and went back on the pill, I used to be on microgynon but they put me on rigevidon. It seems okay, don't think it's the same as microgynon like they say but it's better than the mirena IMO.
When I had my coil removed my doctor told me to start taking the pill straight away and to avoid dtd or use another form of contraception for 7 days
