Asherman's Syndrome (AS)

[TTC Again]

Wondering if anyone knows much about this. I had an HSG yesterday that showed something along the right side of my uterus. Most likely scar tissue from when my son was born - the placenta was difficult to deliver and eventually only removed by being yanked and broken free of my uterus. 3 miscarriages later, we are realizing that this might be the cause of our problems conceiving again.

Wondering if anyone has had or knows about the treatment for AS and what it entails...how long the process is and what the prognosis is?

Thanks - I'm feeling pretty down now. This seems like it could turn into a major setback for us.
