Hey all.
I am a FTM and this is my first pregnancy. Since before I got pregnant OH and I have practised deep meditation and yoga routines that achieve a very clear and peaceful frame of mind while also relieving pain.
Sometimes we can achieve an OBE (out of body experience) or astral projection. But since I have gotten pregnant I am scared that mentally leaving my body might harm the baby. Any time I have entered deep states of meditation, baby has been incredibly active by stretching, rolling, kicking. Like really really active, a lot more than usual.
Also when that happens It seems that baby and I connect on a transcendental level that reassures me she is going to be ok.
Any way, just want to know if any of you women have any experience with deep meditation/astral projection during pregnancy
