attachment disorder

hi does anyone have a child that has this. after struggling and asking for help for the past 8 years with my dd1 behaviour it has finally been suggested thatshe has attachment disorder it does seem to fit. justwondered how long it takes and what the process is to have it confirmed. her counsellor is referring her back to camhs who wouldnt do nything begote as she wasnt bad enough humpf try living with her! any advice will be very welcome
