avacado?

How do you serve it? Do you just mash it or puree it? Do you just give it itself or mix with water/formula?

The nurse said not to feed her but she isn't the one waking up at 4am to a screaming baby because she's already had 50oz of food but is still hungry

I just mashed it up like banana.

I tried to freeze it and then defrost it, well it just went brown! So don't freeze it lol

I've frozen it in slices & bathed it in water + lemon juice first so it won't turn brown! I just messed one up trying to get it apart so I was gonna serve it today

we actually just cut it into slices and give it to Hannah but she's older and pretty good at chewing

I normally just peel the avocado and puree it, mixed with water. Didn't try freezing it with lemon, good idea


Recently I found a great recipe Avocado and banana puree which Lola LOVES!

I gave it to her & she ended up with the worst diaper ever. I think I'm gonna wait on this one for a while
