Average head circumference increase in last few weeks?

I had a growth scan at 36 weeks. They didn't give me any estimation of current or expected birth weight but measured head and abdominal circumference. My dd's head was large (38.5cm) born on due date. The size of her head made labour very difficult.
This one was measuring 31.5cm at 36 weeks. I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how much head circumference increases over the last 4 weeks? I imagine that its unlikely to reach the same size as dd (hopefully! )

Or if anyone can remember the measurements from their growth scan how it compared to what baby measured at delivery?
