Hey guys, has anybody else been going through medical testing and no answers over the festive period? Would love to support each other through it if there were others around. Our up to date story cut short is absence seizures or startle seizures, had an mri just before Christmas awaiting those results, little ones symptoms tick boxes for both seizure types so the neurologist & ep specialist say it has them stumped. In the meantime it's been heartbreaking seeing little things continue to trigger him over the Christmas hols, a pretty low moment. Next steps, 24 hour eeg, revisiting the 24 hr ecg results, getting the Mri results & meeting existing and a second neurologist end of January, let the results please come soon. Please share stories and positive advice anyone else :hugs:

Not the same, but I was waiting for the results of the amnio over a Christmas and New Years a few years ago. It was harrowing and I think it does increase the isolation because everyone is focused on something you can't find it in yourself to care about. The results came back clear in early January. Fingers, eyes and toes crossed for you. I hope you get positive answers soon :hugs:
