Baby #4 surprise BFP at 7dpo, very positive?

Should I be concerned with how dark these are for so early? Tracked ovulation with temping and definitely ovulated earlier than I usually would as I didnt get a positive opk from cd13 onwards just what must have been the tail end of a peak. I usually ovulate cd14 to 18 so missed my peak completely until ov was confirmed via temping. We were trying to avoid pregnancy however ovulating early threw that out as we were only careful from cd7 onward, but hey ho! Anyway the first test was taken 7dpo according to FF and second is 9dpo. They are so much darker than in my previous pregnancies at this stage and I am concerned. I heard ectopic can give really dark lines early on, although I've had no signs of that yet. I am 10dpo today, according to ff
I've included a picture of my chart this cycle to scrutinise too! Any advice?

Those lines look like my lines around that time. I don't have any experience with ectopic pregnancies. I go in for my first scan tomorrow. Praying baby is in the right spot with a visible heartbeat!
