Baby Annabell or rock a bye baby chou chou

I was planning to buy a baby Annabell for my 4 year old but have seen a rock a bye chou chou doll in the tesco sale which seems similar.

Can anyone offer any advice as to how good the chou chou one is (I'd never heard of it)?

I had a Chou Chou when I was younger, the weight of it is more realistic compared to Annabel. Around 3 or 4lb IIRC - obviously that's a lot to a child. It cried too. Fits in new born clothes perfectly so you wouldn't need to spend stupid amounts on doll clothing
