Baby, Born at 3 months early... Unexpected Arrival and Emergency C Section

I fell very ill when pregnant. My baby had to be born via emergency c section.. it was all very traumatic.

So here I am today. My heart torn because my baby is needing his mother but I am miles away. He is doing well now - breathing on his own and sucking his thumb.

I am in intensive care, unable to see him. He is in neonatal intensive care, miles from me.

I love him to pieces and each second apart from him tears at my soul. I should be transferred to him today, if the doctors are satisfied with my progress.
