baby carriers for larger ladies????

can anyone recommend a baby carrier i am on the large side 18/20 n oh is medium i had a couple before with ,my other children but found either the straps slipped or baby didnt seem in the right place n ,made it uncomfortable we got to boot sales ect sometimes were it could be busy n thought it might be easier to find the right carrier than battle in with a buggy

I think you can get a wrap type carrier made with longer fabrics, and mei tai type carriers with longer straps.

Wilkinet are fantastic and do 2 versions - one has longer length straps. you adjust where baby sits by wrapping it round tighter. get baby as high as possible to be most comfortable.
