Baby Clothes?

So i am going through the massive amount of clothes that we have for my daughter today and im going to organize them all by what we will need first. And i was just wondering if anyone knows how long it will take for them to fit into 3 month clothing. I asked my bf but he just said
"Three months, duh"
So he is no help. I tried to google it and such and got a million different answers.
Does anyone know?

I organized mine
Newborn - 0 to 3 - 3 to 6 - 6 to 9... you get the picture. I dressed my daughter in her 0 - 3 and the drowned her a first, but they did still fit her! but even her newborn stuff was too big for her, so either way she was going to be wearing clothes that didnt fit. but now she is still in her 0 - 3 and isnt showing any signs of moving on... so it differs from baby to baby, as some baby's need tiny baby, others never fit in newborn... so do it in size order and take what ya need would be my suggestion.

I would say it totally depends on the baby, as each one weighs different & are different lengths etc.
I have organised mine the same as Lissa3120 did & I am washing most of babies clothes tomorrow, I have a few tiny baby, so will be doing them and newborn first, then 0-3 etc.
