baby led weaning

i like the idea of baby led weaning lo is nearly 5mnths im in no rush to wean her but thought id do a bit of research before she reaches 6m she already stares while we are eating n makes chewing motions
i know nothing about blw from what i know its basically giving them exactly what u eat n let them feed them selves can someone go into a bit more detail what to give them ect its often better to get first hand advice anyway thanks

They're the same book, as far as I can see, Lliena. The difference is that the first one is sold by Amazon themselves, the second one is sold by a separate company. It's kinda like an Ebay shop, only it's on Amazon rather than Ebay
