Baby Movement vs Muscle Spasms

Now, I know the difference between LO having a wriggle and regular muscle spasms, but the two are so similar at the moment!!! Sometimes I'll sit there waiting for LO to move and then I'll get all excited when I feel something - til I realise it's a muscle spasm and it's IN MY LEG!!!!!

I have that too! And it feels totally the same, it's very weird!

haha i realised this the other day too, mine was in my leg too, i didnt confuse the two like hehe just realised they felt exactly the same
