Baby rolling over in cot

Since Eva started rocking on all fours, she's waking 10+ times a night having rolled over and trying to move but gets stuck! I've tried rolling up 2 blankets and putting them under her sheet but this still hasn't worked Does anyone have any ideas because the lack of sleep is killing me!
