i had my baby girl selena renae today at 2:59 she weighs 7lbs 1oz and is 19in long. i went is labor at midnight after dtd got to the hospital at 2:30 and was dialated 3cm and 80% effaced and contractions were every 4mins, they admitted me and my contractions stayed the same till 8 then they became irregular so they said they would check me after the doc did a csection and said id most likely go home, at 9:30 they came in checked me and broke my water i was then 4cms, after that labor slowly started hitting harder and faster, the wouldnt give me the epidural because a blood disorder i have so all i was allowed was nubane the first dose helped take the edge off then the second dose help a tiny bit with only 3 contractions at this point i was 7cms i even tried the birthing ball but it didnt help at all, labor really began to hit hard and i didnt thibk i could do it, i was starting to fall asleep between contractions and my best friend was a great coach finally i had the urge to push and couldnt help but to push and it was painfull the doctor and nurses finally came in and got me ready, i really didnt think i could do it but i gave it my all and in one contraction i had her out in three pushes and i didnt poop nor did i with ds but i did pee this time lol, it was such a relief when she was out and boy did her head crowning hurt bad also i didnt tear at all so yay and i feel better after the birth then i did with ds here are a couple pics of my little princess, she took to breast feeding very well, shes a natural
