It's what boredom and a savings account has done to me! I have just realised I haven't got him a thick winter coat of any description.

Have you got a snow suit or anything? only other thing I could think of was a carseat base (depending on what carseat you have chosen). I know its not something thats needed, but i've been told its a life saver when its pouring down with rain and you're having to get the carseat in and out of the car!

Edit: Maybe a dummy/pacifier, depending on how you feel about these. It's a personal choice though! Also, a baby monitor of some sort? Only things I can think of really!

Oh I forgot to add dummies and baby monitor on! I have those, the dummies came with bottle and breast feeding sets so... no I haven't got a snowsuit! I need to get one and a coat for him I didn't think about car seat bottom, thanks,

Its so hard to remember everything we need, theres just so much out there! Have you got a swing or bouncer for him?

I'd say a car seat wrap or thinner coat for in the car if you drive, as they shouldn't be in big, thick jackets in the car. And a playmat and bouncer/swing?

Oo i do have play mats he has loads of jackets and cardigans and fleeces so I'm sure I can find something to put on him in the car

if i were you i'd wait with a winter coat until he's there, he may be way too small for one this year!

He's due end of January so it's going to be cold when he's born... I'm sure a 0-3 month coat would be more than big/small enough.
