hiya everyone

hope ur all doing well with baby...

Please share what toys u have for your baby ? which ones they ar emost interested in and which ones ud recommend...

i kinda just bought toys and my bubba isnt really interested in some of them, i guess thats normal but i wanna get ones that he'll hopefully enjoy now that i know what he likes, i think younger babies tend to like things that can interact with them, like lights, noisy things etc lol

anyhoo, please share now , i want some ideas

the latest things i got was the fisherprice rainforest jumperoo , he loves it, its totally cool

oh and whats ur baby's best toy/s ???

5 months is the age when they will start to become interested in things. if they ignore certain toys at the moment, in a few weeks they may even be their favorite toy. They say it takes 14 times of a child playing with a particular toy before they like it or not.

There is no sense in buying loads of differnt toys, the things they like best are simple things that make noise when they bash it, or that fit in thier hands, flash etc or feel nice. the best toys i have come across are the sensory toys sold by specialists - one website is cheeky cherubs, but their are loads of them.

Toms favorite toys are: crisp packets, his dummy and various rattles and jingle bells. Oh and my hair!

chloe ;loves fabric books that crinkle, things that are small enough for her to grap, things that squeak. the play cube in my avatar is her favourite thing, she always goes for that first

I got Kathryn the rainforest jumperoo a couple weeks ago as well! She absolutely loves it! It's the only she can really "play" with as she's very kicky and active. She plays with the toys on it and in her play mat, etc. she's not so great at playing with things she holds yet (she can hold them and shake them around but can't do spin a part of a toy while holding it) She likes rattles, rings and links too though.

Hannah's favorite toy is her exersaucer, she can sit in that thing for an hour and play. She also likes her small rattles and teethers because she can bang them around

Alexa owns practically the whole toy aisle of Walmart, and she loves all her toys, but her favorite toys are those that are not even toys she loves the remote control and my cell phone!!

I will say lately her favorite toy is her leapfrog activity table. She also LOVES books, which I am very happy about. Another toy she loves is her V-Tech Activity Walker.

The top toys I would reccommend are any bath books, and also those hard plastic books that have buttons to press and make noise and light up. A big hit with Alexa!

shes into cuddly toys, likes eating them really.

My best buy is a sheet of foil like paper. it is basically the thermal foil sheets they wrap atheletes in when they finish running the marathon.

it reflects light so draws her attention. it makes lots of noise when she touches it and no matter where her hands are she can grab it so she doesnt get frustated and its light so she can move it easily. obviously sit with them as there is the potential to suffocate, but she loves it i take it everywhere and it keeps her attention. hope it helps

Tom loves this too, called space blankets. I just bought him one. He likes to kick about on then and chew them! Only since he has teeth he tears them

Jasper loves his mirror, it's on a stand that also plays music and has flashing lights, but its the mirror that he loves. As soon as he sees himself in ANY mirror he gives himself big cheeky smiles.

Lately he's even been 'talking' to himself, and he does this shy over-the-shoulder smile at himself... he's such a dag!
