So my little pumpkin weighs 5 pounds 15 ounces nearly 6 pounds :)

What were your weigh ins around 34-36 weeks? And what are they now (whoever is further along)

I was worried that 6 pounds at 35 weeks is a little on a big side, providing babies start rapid weight gain from week 36

Weight can be off either way by a couple pounds so I wouldn't worry! With my first they told me he was going to be huge based on an ultrasound around that time and he was born at 39 weeks and was 7 lbs 6 Oz so it was definitely off.

I have an ultrasound on Monday to check baby's position and I'm hoping to find out a weight estimate but I won't be totally relying on it being correct :) I'll update if I find out!!

I had a scan at 35+6 and he was estimated 6 pound 3..although not a perfect estimate as they was unable to measure his head as it was to low

They measured her at 5lb7 to 5lb 10 at 37 weeks x

36 weeks he was 6lb 1oz had a scan today at 38 weeks 5 daya and he's 7lb 6oz

36 weeks 6.11 lbs
39 weeks 8.7 lbs
being induced next week at 36+6 and ultrasound is saying 5.9lbs we shall see!

My DS was born at 35 weeks and weighed 5.10lbs. I was told that was a great size. Much better to have a if baby in case they come early!

I have a growth scan in 2 weeks at 36+1 so I'll come and report back!

I had a scan at 36+1 and they estimated 6lb born at 36+3 and weighed 6lb 1

My last baby was born at 35+0 weeks and weighed 5lbs 10oz (he was estimated to weigh 5lbs even at 32 weeks).

Great weights!! I wonder how accurate they will all be at birth. From what i have read so far (here and beyond) that generally the predictions are not far off (except a few lol)

I cannot wait to meet my poppet :) although i dont have half stuff ready

35+4 he was estimated to weigh 6lb 4oz. He was born at 41+5 weighing 9lb

That's exciting to hear!! Dd is estimated at 5.9lbs so i hope it's not less!!

I think dd was estimated to be 5 lb 7oz at 36 weeks and was 6 lb 14 Oz when born at 40+5.

This munchkin was estimated to be 5 lb 15 Oz at 36 +3. Will update when she's here.

My friend recently had a baby and was estimated 6 lb11 Oz at 36 weeks. Baby was born at 38 weeks at 6 lb 7 Oz.

They are definitely +or - 1 lb.

On Wednesday at 35+6 the twins weighed 4lb 8 and 4lb 10 but we've been being monitored closely as both are iugr babies under 10th centile, I have a section booked for the 14th so will know how accurate they've been then. But despite their gain being slow all along it has stayed pretty consistent so I'm not expecting the estimates to be way off, hoping they'll be 5lbers by then, but if they're bigger than that I'll be thrilled! A pound smaller is a scary thought though x

I was told my baby girl was 7lb 3oz at 38 weeks but she was born at 39 weeks weighing 6lb 15oz x

At 33 weeks 4 days doctor said 4.7 pounds based on ultrasound.
