Baby's heart rate at 34 weeks?

What was your baby's heart rate at your 34 week checkup?

I had an afternoon appt (first time ever, usually always go in th am after drinking my half caff coffee) and his hr was 134. I immediately asked if it was normal and my doctor said, "yeah, he's probably sleeping" but now I'm freaked out. 32 wk appt he was awake and it was 155bpm

That still seems fine. My little guy's heart rate is between 140 and 155 depending on the time of day. Tuesday's it was 140 but that's cause the apt. was at 11AM and that's when he usually is sleeping. When we go at 9AM he's usually up and about squirming away and is about 150-155 then.

My daughter's HB was always in the 130's and 140's. Nothing to be concerned about

I had a doctors appointment today and my boys heart rate was 132. I thought that was a bit low because he has always been over 150 until now. Doctor said that it was totally normal. Normal is 120-160. I wouldn't worry.

That's completely normal. Their pulse rate accelerates when they're moving about and declines when they're resting, just like yours does. There is a wide range of normal. My first LO always had a heart rate in the 140s-150s, this LO has a heart rate in the 130s-140s. They are both boys too, so we can completely discount old wives tales. Don't stress about it.

And I hear that when there's less room for them to be doing cartwheels etc they use less energy, therefore like us their HB isn't as high as when they were tinier doing somersaults all the time.

And if the baby was still and resting then think it's lower too.

My baby always seem to be on the go at appointments so it's higher.

He had been moving for 3-4 straight hours before the appt so he was probably sleeping. Thanks for the reassurance ladies.

My baby was in the 140s or 50s last week. SHe said that for a boy it was very fast and they would be concerned if it was even as low as 125! So don't worry!

My very active baby is usually around 145-155. At my appointment today, he was about 137. My doctor said he just has less room to do the activities that previously got his heart going so fast. I'm sure it's normal!

Normal! My wriggle monster is between 130-150 at appointments.
