Baby's Smiling in 12w3d Pic!-UPDATE!

Baby was super active and sucking on its hands while jumping up and down. Absolutely incredible! No clue what to look for with gender prediction and the sonographer didn't want to guess. What do you guys think?!

UPDATE -- Had a 15w ultrasound today bc of some bleeding (thankfully looks like everything is okay). You ladies were correct, we're having a little boy!

I 'thought' I did on the last scan but when I enlarged it, I was unsure....but as a thumbnail photo, it jumped out at me.
