Hi all,

It's been a while sincere posted on the B&B posts, but really felt I needed to comeback and share some news.

I am currently 6weeks and 5days pregnant today! (I think) & my first scan is in a few hours.

Im so excited but soooo scared.
This is pregnancy #5.

Ectopic - April 2011
Natural miscarriage - October 2011
Miscarriage (D&C) - January 2012
Natural miscarriage - November 2012.

AF didn't arrive after the last miscarriage had completed.. Can anyone offer advice as to how I would work out how far I am?

Ive never gotten past 6w 3days.. So I am so so so nervous..

Scan showed baby measuring 5w5d (so 1 week out)

Can anyone help me with the dating part :/ bit worried.

Baby hb 101bpm

When I MC'd I counted the first day of bleeding as first day of AF. Even so, I had my dates muddled as well and I wasn't as far along as I thought.

Congrats on your pregnancy. Do you know when you o'd? You can calculate more accurately from this date

Sorry for your losses and congrats on your bean and HB.

The scan will be pretty accurate for dates and if you didnt have AF before you fell pregnant again then the date sounds just fine. Are you having another scan in a week to see if it has grown?? xxxx

I have a backup scan booked for monday. My GP said I probably wouldnt need it and to have one in two weeks, but im just too nervous to cancel the monday appointment.
Had my bloods done today, get them back tuesday.

Tomorrow is a dreaded day.. 6+2 is the longest I have gone in a uterine pregnancy.
So nervous..

Congrats on your pregnancy. Do you know when you o'd? You can calculate more accurately from this date

I'm actually not sure, its not something I was tracking. :/

I was told after my D&C to count that as Day 1, my period arrived exactly 6 weeks later and now I am pregnant again. I wish you lots of luck, let us know how you get on.

Just a quick update

Baby is measuring at 6weeks & 6 days (so 1 day ahead) with an amazing heartbeat of 141bpm

Just thought I'd share the lovely news. Off to get my blood test results tomorrow afternoon. Next u/s is next Wednesday

I had a scan on Saturday and they have dated me as 6 weeks and 1 day with a heartbeat of 109. I had bleeding on Fri eve and convinced myself I was miscarrying again, to see the heartbeat on the screen took my breath away, my husband and I cried!

That's great news! Fx for a happy and healthy 9 months! It's always so reassuring to see the heartbeat flickering on the screen isn't it?

Bloods are pretty good. HCG was 61000!

Dr says I'm low in vitamin D? Can anyone give suggestions on how I can fix this?
