Back Cramps

Okay, probably going to be a long TMI post, but...

I know back cramps are common during your period, but does anyone get them from ovulation through day 2/3 of your period?

I was on birth control for 6 years to treat heavy, painful periods and cysts. My second period off the pill, I got awful back pain around ovulation and they lasted through the time my period started.

I don't get the back pain every period, mostly every other or every third month.

Does anyone else have anything like this? Any pain relief tips? Thanks.

Sorry no advice as such, just that I get bad backache at night, kinda the small of my back. Feels like my OH has been squashing me all night, and even dream about it Didnt know there could be a link between it and cycles. Hope you get some answers!

oh, just noticed I dont get back cramps during AF, more like ovulating time? (not that I keep track of cycles, but probably around the same time ).
