Back pain with Braxton Hicks??

Last week I went in for a few stat tests and a non stress test bc I was having what felt like menstrual cramps/tightening really low down. They ended up saying everything was fine and it was just BH which eventually went away.
About an hour ago I started to feel them again, more intense with added low back pain that comes and goes in waves. It's pretty uncomfortable. .. has anyone experienced this before? Should I be worried?

I've been getting some pretty uncomfortable bh lately , I'm pretty sure its normal but with the back ache as well I'd get checked just to be sure , sorry not much help but didn't want to not reply . X

Thanks. They ended up going away later the next day.. im just chalking it all up to pre-pre labor pains
