back to CD1 anyone with me. added prenatals please help ladies need more suggestions

Hey guys. I'm in CD1 again. Im sad because I really wanted this to happen. But now I've added prenatal vitamins to my regimen. Anyone know if they should help. I'm trying my best to keep hope, but it gets harder and harder each month nothing happens. Now I am taking vitex and prenatal vitamins, anybody know of anything else that would help conceive.


I need as much baby dust as possible. And baby dust to you all.

What your doing sounds great! Do you feel comfortable that you have fertile CM at the right times? If not, you could try using PreSeed or taking Robitussin.

I started taking Royal Jelly recently, but it takes 90 days to make any difference. I'd like to think I won't still need it in 90 days...I'm ready for this to be over.

See preseed is a lubricant (tmi warning) I am never dry during sex and I'm typically a little too wet. What does robatussin do? I have veey long cycles like if I hadnt come on today I would ha e been in cycle day 59. I just started taking the prenatal vitamins last week.

What does robatussin do?

Any OTC medicine that will thicken up mucus in your upper respiratory tract will thicken up mucus anywhere. So if your CM is too watery to make swim well, then drugs like Mucinex (brand name for guaifenesin) will change the consistency of your CM.

But isn't that dangerous to take medicines that you dont need?


I want to conceive as safe as possible.

I hope this is the last af I have. So sofar ive been ab le to track since november, but my periods are all over the place im about to go and ready from then on average how many days my periods come and once I figure that out how many dayd after af does o usually happen

I don't take it, but I also get egcm on a regular basis. If you get that, then I wouldn't necessarily worry about it.

I think the best advice ttc is to behave as if you're already pregnant, as far as food, alcohol, and drugs go. They've found a correlation between fertility problems and binge drinking. I've quit caffeine and alcohol since starting ttc, and have tried to watch my weight and get regular exercise. I added spinach-cranberry juice smoothies with blackstrap molasses to get lots of extra iron and folates from diet as well as taking normal multi vitamins.

Keep in mind that I haven't had any luck yet getting a BFP, so I'm just going on Google searches and instinct.
