Just the worst company I have ever ever had the misfortune to deal with. At what should be an exciting time they ruined it with appalling customer service.

My advice after spending over £600 with them is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the stress and hassle dealing with this company will bring.

Unfortunately you might have missed a few other posts about them that have been going round over the last month or so.

I hope you have it sorted now.

I was about to order our cotbed from them when someone posted about their awful experience with them.

I hope a lot of folk take notice of this as there are lots of these posts popping up now!!
