Ive heard roumers (sp) that the depo bc jab is going to be banned in the uk which i think is fantastic as its a totally misleading and uninformed freely available contraception for women both very young (my friends 15 year old is using it) and older as far into late 40s.
Its come to be seen that many gps and nurses are happily giving this poison to women without giving full detail of the side effects, ranging as far from very very persistent bleeding to extreamly prolonged lack of both AF and ovulation. Naturally resulting in a great deal of difficulty conceiving.
I was just wondering what other veiws are on this form of uninformative contraception and how many people would be pro or con banning the stuff???
