So yummy!
Dont have exact mesurments, i just bung it all together!
First, crush around half a pack of digesive biccys.
Melt some butter and mix with the biscuts
Lay out on round baking tin, press down and even out.
Put this into freezer until you prepare the rest.
Whip u so whipping cream until thick
take your base from freezer
crumble some meraingue over the base, then pour tinned caramel over the merainge, nice and evenly and as eve as you can.
Next spread over the whipped cream and slice some bannana on top
pop into fridge for around 3-4hrs
Absolutly gorgeous with pouring cream or ice cream
