hi, not sure where to post this, but the squirty toys that my LO has in the bath now have little bits of mould that has started to come out of them, but I have no idea how to clean them?!

I do squirt out the water thats in them and then put them in a skip hop toy holder for them to dry out, but they still have bits coming out..

Any ideas how to clean them properly? Dont really want to start throwing out :flower:

I threw mine out and won't buy anymore like that. Bath toys I try to be really careful with as they grow mould so easily!

Abit of hot water and bleach, suck abit in and give it a really good shake and repeat a couple of times and then obviously rinse really well!
Worked on most of Thomas's squirty bath toys but some of them did have to go in the bin!

I throw mine away when they get like that. You can get them really cheap if you want more, like at the pound shop. x

I buy bath toys like boats that have holes in the bottom.

Fisher Price have a good range.

And i have a Tommee Tippee bath net that drains all the water out.

I chucked all the squirters in the bin and never bought any more cos they were yuk! You could soak them in Milton overnight then rinse them :flow:

I chucked ours too and refuse to have them in the house. Hate them!

I'll try the milton then, hopefully that will work!
