I need help from more experienced charters
Af was 3 days late this month and when my temps dropped I had light bleeding for 2 days and scant spotting for 3 with no clots and no cramps. I'm usually going thru a box of super plus tampons in 5 days with lots of clots and major cramps. This morning my temp shot m up over 98. I took it 15 min early and I'm not sick. I woke up with horrible heartburn, which I never get, and shooting pains in one breast. I did pos and it came up negative. I'm totally confused. Has anyone ever hear of this or had this happen to them ? I understand that one temp doesn't hold much weight but what if it keeps going up? I've searched the web with no success.
