I gave up on charting this month, since the dog kept waking me up and insisting that I get up to let her out before I had a chance to temp. Next month, I'll make hubby let her out. :)

At any rate, on the days I DID track, my BBT seemed to be REALLY low, especially compared to all the charts I've been clicking on here. Is there a "normal" range that most people tend to fall into for BBT? I was seeing temps of 95.15 - 97.18 (with most ranging from 95.15 - 96.10). The lows that I am seeing on other charts are higher than my high BBT!

These values were on days with AF, up until the middle of the fertile week.

This link says 97.0 to 97.6 in follicular phase, and 97.7 to 98.3 in luteal phase. But I think everyone is different.

The bbt can be influenced by a lot of things, could be low because the room is cold during the night or maybe you're breathing through your mouth? Or maybe you just have a bad thermometer?

One option might be to try temping vaginally.

There are certain medical conditions that can cause a low bbt. Have you ever had your thyroid hormone levels checked?
