Hello,

first cycle of using the premom app and giving bbt a shot.
Tests / premom app are showing I got peak on CD13 (evening) so ovulation day is showing as CD14. I’ve read that if temp stays high it’s possible pregnancy or temp should drop again..
On what DPO should temp drop and what should the drop look like? currently 4dpo (according to premom)
LH levels have went back to low as I thought but temp hasn’t dropped - I don’t think. should it have dropped by now if no pregnancy?
Need opinions please

Mine varies. Usually, I get a small but noticeable drops that stay above cl on 11 and 12dpo then 13dpo it’s below cover and I get AF that day. But I have had cycles where my temp stays high and only drops drastically on AF or even stayed high for CD 1/2. Pcos sure is a ride
