I am so confused ... I just read this online:
"You are most fertile on the day of the temperature spike and on the few days preceding it. Some fertility experts suggest you could still conceive if you have sex within 12 to 24 hours after the temperature spike."

I thought one is most fertile the day BEFORE the spike and once you see a spike in your BBT, it's probably too late to conceive.
