Anyone a fitness guru here??

i've started doing some proper exercising - cycling (10odd miles a week), walking (around 8-10 miles a week), Dru Yoga(2 hours a week), Xbox YourShape (cardio boxing, Tai Chi, Personal Training - 20mins plus a day)
I've also changed my food so I'm healthier, no refined carbs and less chocolate cake etc!!
Its only been a week but its doing good so far, my thighs have slimmed, arms aren't so "fatty" looking but I'm really wanting to work on my stomach. I've got the typical post baby tummy of flab and hanging skin. I've always suffered back fat rolls/love handles and its these bits I really want to target. I know its mostly fat so sit ups aren't going to help yet since mucles can't be located yet.

I've started body brushing to improve my skin tone too which really has impacted my arms!

So HOW do i target the flabby tummy and love handles?? Anything that will help would be great whether its exercise/diet/etc.

sounds like ur doing a great job!u need to keep up with the cardio and add in some core work-fitball,yoga pilates etc
ive always been overweight but seriously exercising for about 3 mths and am now starting to see changes in my tummy-side flab is now reducing

Swap your shape for biggest loser.

Circuit and strength trainng reduced my belly alot.

I'll ask my Yoga teacher about more core work - she does tend to concentrate on core work within class - a big thing for me is stopping my severly arched back from being a dancer, its like a C curve! lol.

I really like YourShape so I'm happy to stick with that just now and I can't afford to be buying more games - theya re hardly cheap!

Can trade them in.

Ive got both, think your shape is very lacking in making me sweat, where as BL today had sweat running off my face, lush lol.

I can only repeat what Lei said, strength training.

Good luck.
