Hi Can I jump in? I loved Dakota Johnson for this part like for real. She has that good girl gone kinky look. I think she's an excellent pick.


The new guy for Christian may make more sense than the other as I always picture him to have a scruffy shy side. The other guy was too type A for me. However, if he'd stayed it would have been fine.

I just want this movie to go into full production.

What are your thoughts?

I've finally read 50 shades and really didn't find it as bad as all the reviews were making it out to be. I never really thought about who would be ideal casting for it as I have only just become familiar with the books. I don't know the actress at all, but Jamie Dornan is a sexy, sexy man. I really only knew him from the TV series Once Upon a Time, but he stood out for me as having quite the smoldering screen presence.
And um, full confession: I will be seeing this movie! I am so curious how they are going to film it without it being pretty much a kinky porn. These books are about sexual exploration. The plot was a bit of an afterthought! So, yeah, kind of intrigued and definitely plan to go see it.
And I would guess that we have completely hijacked this thread!

Same here! I never thought I'd read, because it has such bad reviews. However someone asked me to give the title a chance in order to discuss. I ended up loving the series! Go figure.

I can not wait for the movies. Valentine's Day 2105 here we come! lol

Good to know someone else who likes the books haha.
