This is my 3rd day of full bed rest with 6 days left. Hopefully. Doc thinks I can be put on moderate bed rest after that (had a cerclage put in). But this bed rest stuff seriously hurts. Before, I never felt this much abdominal pressure. But my stomach is always cramped now. I honestly don't feel like having my baby constantly sitting in this one position is helping anything. I also just don't feel like me being this inactive is right for baby either. I'm telling myself it's just a week, but I know if I actually GOT UP and walked around, I wouldn't have so much abdominal pressure and pains!!!!

I've been on bed rest for almost 6 weeks. It's not fun for sure.

I've been on bed rest for almost the whole 1st trimester. It was no fun... I ate in bed, and was thinking when it will ever end. Honestly I was not able to do much during my pregnancy because baby's placenta is low-lying that it scares me to do exercise / walk for long.

Cerclage is no joke though. Take the tune you need to rest and heal. Also throughout the pregnancy I would take it easy for fear of going into early labor.
