has anyone here made beef wellington before? i'm after some tips!

I havent yet but I have been thinking of it, Lorraine Pascal does individual beef wellingtons (look her up on google) Im thinking of doing these first then move on to one big one.

i made some mini ones on friday and they were absolutely delicious

I make it...I'd definitely recommend wrapping the beef in pancakes to keep the pastry crisp! I often add a few herbs to the pancake...
