Been TTC for 2 years. Metformin 10 months, Any success stories?

Hi my partner and i have been TTC for just over 2 years, been together 6 years! I have PCOS and another problem which doctors have said i may menopause as early as 24-25 years of age. I am 19 and the doctors are fully behind me on this as its their advice if i want children then nows the time to start. Im on metformin and would just like to know of any success stories after 2 years TTC. I was referred to a fertility consultant last week so waiting for my appointment which could take ages. ! any advice or stories would help loads! thankyou xxx
