Benefits- entitled???

Hello

Hubby and I separated last week. He is going to keep on paying half mortgage council tax and son's childcaren(private agreement, not wanting csa involved). I work full time.

Do I claim working tax credits and do I declare what hubby giving me? Not wanting to get in any trouble, just not sure of process and/or my entitlement

If your working then you can claim working tax credits and yes you need to tell them everything FOB gives you.

i'm not 100% but i think you can only claim working tax credits if your working less than 16 hours.. sorry i couldnt be more help..

You can only claim working tax credits if your work more than 16 hours not less.

ohh see i knew i wasnt 100% i thought you could only claim it if you worked part time.. lol good job i dont or i would have lost out on money!
