Best teats with 2-3 holes?

Hey, trying to find the best teat as dd will only take 1-2 oz from a TT bottle at a time before she gets fed up. My own flow now has 3 or so "spurts" and was wondering what teats out there mimic this as the TT ones for 6m+ only have one large hole.

Why not try using a small needle to poke an extra hole or two in something you already have?

I did wonder about that but not sure if it would work and font want to ruin teats... Maybe I could experiment a bit x
